Oxfordshire Community and Voluntary Action (OCVA) and Charity Mentors Oxfordshire have come together to provide our First Stop service for charity and community leaders.

Charity Mentors Oxfordshire and OCVA have re-launched First Stop, a special initiative for charity and community leaders across the county.

We are offering free, confidential one-on-one meetings, designed to be your safe space for discussing any challenges you're currently navigating.

Whether you're seeking targeted training, assistance with policies, governance concerns or the insights of a mentor to guide you through strategic leadership complexities , consider us your go-to support or first stop.

Our main goal? To simplify the process for Oxfordshire's charity and community leaders, making it easier to connect with the most suitable sources of assistance.

You can book a confidential 30-minute session with Angela Cristofoli, Business Development Officer at OCVA, and, Kelly Jennings-Robinson, Executive Director at Charity Mentors Oxfordshire. These sessions happen every third Tuesday of the month from 16th January 2024,  and offer you the flexibility to choose between a face-to-face meetup in Oxford or virtually through Zoom.

During our time together, we’ll untangle the challenges you're facing – whether they're achievements or roadblocks – and collaboratively devise the next steps. As an added bonus, we can point you in the direction of other relevant support organisations in the county.
